Itinerary

Hola Vida, Full day Amazon tour

9:00 AM: Departure from Banos to the city of Puyo.

10:00 AM: Arrival at the "Mira Mera" viewpoint. Visit the viewpoint and enjoy the panoramic views.

10:30 AM: Continue the journey to the Kichwa "Wayuri" Community.

11:00 AM: Arrival at the Kichwa "Wayuri" Community. Cultural exchange with the community, learning about their way of life, participating in activities such as blowgun shooting, achiote painting, traditional dance and appreciating their handicrafts.

12:30 PM: Canoe ride on the Puyo River (approximately 45 minutes).

1:00 PM: Typical lunch in the community, tasting "maito de tilapia" and "Wayusa".

2:00 PM: Short trekking to the "Hola Vida" waterfall (approximately 1 hour round trip). Enjoy a refreshing swim in the waterfall and observe the local flora and fauna.

3:00 PM: Visit to the "Indichuris" viewpoint. Contemplate the Amazonian landscape and take pictures.

4:00 PM: Visit to a local family dedicated to the cultivation and processing of cocoa. Participate in the preparation of organic chocolate using traditional artisanal techniques.

5:30 PM (approx.): Return to Banos.
